Terms and Conditions of Hair Instalment Payment

My Peculiar Hair

Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with an instalment payment plan.

1. Payment Structure

Instalment payments are made in three parts:

• First deposit: 50%
• Second deposit: 25%
• Third deposit: 25%

2. Payment Timeline

All payments must be completed within a 3-month period from the date of the first deposit.

3. Forfeiture and Replacement

If payment is not completed within the allocated period, My Peculiar Hair reserves the right to release the item for sale. In such cases, the customer will be required to select an alternative item, which may be priced according to current or updated rates.

4. Item Hold

The hair item will remain in our possession until payment is completed in full. It will be released to the customer only upon receipt of the final instalment.

5. No Exchange Policy

Items purchased under an instalment plan are not eligible for exchange.

6. No Refund Policy

Once instalment payments have commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By proceeding with an instalment payment plan, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
