What is SDD?
A lot of people think SDD means premium quality, but that’s not exactly true.
SDD (Super Double Drawn) describes the thickness and uniformity of the hair strands, not the quality of the hair.
An SDD wig has more strands of similar length, making it look thicker and fuller from the roots to the ends. That’s why it has a more luxurious appearance.
However, SDD doesn’t automatically mean better quality. The actual quality depends on the source of the hair, how it’s processed, and how long it lasts.
So, when you hear SDD, think thickness and fullness—not quality.
At My Peculiar Hair, we don’t just focus on SDD. We focus on giving you hair that is beautiful, durable, and worth every naira you spend.
